    • Bright Futures Children’s Services Reconciliation Action Plan The Bright Futures Children's Services Reconciliation Action Plan has been reviewed by Reconciliation Australia. It includes our vision for reconciliation and the actions we plan to take to make it happen. "Reconciliation Australia’s Narragunnawali program supports all schools and early learning services in Australia to foster a higher level of knowledge and pride in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, cultures and contributions. Narragunnawali (pronounced narra-gunna-wally) is a word from the language of the Ngunnawal people, Traditional Owners of the land on which Reconciliation Australia’s Canberra office is located, meaning alive, wellbeing, coming together and peace." What our happy parents are saying

  • My Educator Support Officer, Jane is the best! I love having a chat about the children in my care, my own life and children. She listens to what I say and can relate. I think the staff at Bright Futures are all doing a fantastic job and I love how professional they are. Mel – Bright Futures Educator
  • "Over the years I have dealt with other schemes... but your service, care and communication is amazing! Above and beyond what I have experienced with other schemes where I found there is no communication and service was extremely lacking! Keep doing the amazing job and service you are doing" Lauren – Parent
  • My educator shows a deep understanding of the children developmentally and emotionally. The effort and heart that she applies to all aspects of her day is nothing short of amazing. I can say without a doubt the time my son has spent there has enriched his life and learning. Rather than feeling wistful for leaving my son in care, I feel happy and secure as I know he will be loved and cared for as if he was her own. Kelly – Parent
