Educators registered with our service operate their own business. Children are nurtured and cared for by registered Family Day Care educators who are provided with training and support in every aspect of their business. Our Educator Support Officers have a role to ensure that all educators are following, laws regulations and service policies and procedures.
Each educator holds a current Working with Children card and first aid certificate, including Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management. They have local council approvals and complete an “In Safe Hands” course in Child Protection.
Each educator plans for individual children and provides care so that each child is working towards meeting the outcomes described in the Early Years Learning Framework 0.5 or the Framework for School Aged Care in Australia.
